Location can’t be beat! Everything was within a quick walk! Our room was lovely. Staff was great as well! Only downside were the elevators - didn’t seem to work as efficiently as we’d expect. We would stay here again - even with the walk up and down to the 6th floor where our room was.

Good location, sub-par everything else.

Had to wait 30 minutes to check in due to a very senior lady getting signed up for their bonus program holding everyone up. Having some backup ready in the reception might have been a good idea... Had a silverfish in my bathroom on the 6th floor. Bartender on the bottom floor was awol, the other took a phone call and ignored us, when the first guy returned he went sour due to us paying separatly. Sounds from the street went right through as you might have expected from the location. Thats just about all it got going for itself, it's location. Soundprooing and service courses needed.

Centralt hotell mitt i festglada Göteborg.

Centralt hotell med närhet till restauranger och kommunikationer. Frukosten ganska okej, även om den varma maten inte var riktigt varm och kaffet (typ americano) smakade surt. Kaffet i kaffeautomaten var bra. Mycket festande på gatan. Även festglada gäster som raglade omkring i korridoren. Köer till hissarna (en hiss var ur funktion). Rummet för varmt under natten, men det fanns separat fläkt på rummet (vårt rum saknade fönster). Snabb och vänlig in- och utcheckning.
