"The breakfast quality was below expectations, particularly the eggs and bread, which were not good. The staff were inconsistent; some were very helpful and friendly, while others were not. On one occasion, a staff member even declined my request for water. In addition, the laundry service was confusing, and the hotel does not offer dry-cleaning services."

"My room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The two meals that I had in the restaurant (a breakfast and dinner) were both very good. The only criticism that I have, which is not the fault of the property itself, is that it's located in a somewhat "blighted" area i.e. surrounding buildings not well maintained and full of graffiti."

"The most convenient location for airport travel situated only a few minutes walk from the terminal. Surprisingly given that proximity to a busy airport, no noise from jets was detectable and thus we had a great night’s sleep in a comfortable, well-appointed room. Staff were also universally polite and helpful, and the breakfast offered an array of appealing options. Lack of direct USB charging outlets in guest rooms was inconvenient, and the patchwork tile with failing grout, blobs of silicone caulk and black mould suggest both the quality and frequency of maintenance should be stepped up a notch, but all in all a delightful stay."

"Nice room. Friendly staff. The bed was rock hard, and the duvet cover is missing stuffing. It was just a sheet. The Climate control was good. The taps in the tub are very finniky to use. The pool was being worked on when we arrived so we did not get to use that. I prebooked a late check out, got a confirmation, the staff had no record of it despite me showing them the email. They did say it would be okay. Internal booking system had issues. Call to confirm. I had the do not desturb sigh on the door and the maid still came in the room. She knocked and called housekeeping, but opened the door before giving me a chance to answer, when I had asked not to be desturbed sign on the outside."

"Jessica at the reception was very helpful. Initially we were booked into room 440 which did not have a table for our kettle. She was quickly able to move us to room 436 and able to check us in early. When we returned to our room after a nice day out we found that our room had not been attended to by WGC, the third party provider. It appeared that no one else on the floor had their room made up. We enjoyed the welcome complementary iced tea. At Moxy Bristol, we were provided with a wire mounting system since no closets were povided. We were disappointed that Moxy Glasgow SEC did not have the same. (I can provide a pic). The large bar/lobby area provided a relaxing area for socializing."
