"Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"It was impossible to get service in the bar and when eventually I got a waitress they had stopped serving meals and just had sandwiches. They also charge £15 for up to 12 hours in the outside car park."
