Excellent hotel and excellent service. Very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible, and they bring you little treats and tea every night to your room. Staff was very accommodating. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! We didn’t want to leave.

Stunning view of the mountains from the pool/patio and the hotel was really beautiful and very nice amenities. The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful. We got a room with private pool, the room was great, very well set for our little kids. A few things could be improved: the bedroom floors daily cleaning, the wardrobe wasn’t practical since it didn’t have lower shelves or drawers to organize our stuff and the fact that they don’t offer free bottle water (not even one per day). Anyway, we loved our stay. My kids loved playing with Mel at the kids club and we made great memories. Would definitely recommend and even go back on a next trip to Gramado.

Café da manhã: atendimento razoável, era preciso solicitar a mesma coisa algumas vezes. Pratos à la carte demorados. Atendimento na piscina: era preciso sair da água e ir até o restaurante para conseguir ser atendido. Mas o atendimento era cordial. Restaurante: foi informado que a carta de vinhos estava sendo trocada, com muitos rótulos em falta e, por este motivo, seria concedido 15% de desconto sobre o valor do cardápio. Isso não ocorreu. Informei na recepção e fizeram cara de que não sabiam dessa informação. Ar condicionado do quarto muito barulhento, nos acordando duas vezes na madrugada. Informei na recepção, mas não foi resolvido. Cama razoável, não muito confortável. Ficamos em outro hotel nessa viagem, em que a roupa de cama, cama e toalhas eram maravilhosos. Não foi o caso do Laghetto Chateau. Pontos positivos: vista deslumbrante, piscina aquecida, brinquedoteca para crianças, salão de jogos e academia. Ou seja, estrutura do hotel é excelente.

A nota poderia ser máxima, se a jacuzzi externa do quarto funcionasse direito. Os LEDs estavam queimados. Mas os dois quartos aos lados, estavam com eles funcionando, e ninguém estava hospedado ali. As jacuzzis destes quartos adjacentes ficaram ligadas o tempo todo em que estivemos ali, mas a do nosso quarto, um dia estava desligada, outro dia quente demais, outro dia toda suja, precisam melhorar muito neste quesito. Se pagamos bem mais caro para usar o quarto com jacuzzi, queremos que este item pelo menos funcione corretamente.
