I am 2nd time in this hotel with conference. All very nice, Good conditions, many different food in hotelโ restaurants, large pools and garden. Hotel is close to all activity of Maspalomas,
Weโve stayed at this hotel three years in a row โ and for good reason. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the staff are incredibly kind, and everything is well-kept and inviting.
It truly feels like a home away from home, and we leave every time feeling recharged and happy.

Staff donโt speak English. Made us purchase a full adult meal for a child at lunch instead of a small portion.
Lovely hotel with excellent food and service in the half board buffet. Luxury spacious hotel room with a great selection of pools and extremely clean in all areas of the hotel. Situated by the coastal path to Melanores and Maspalomas
The main downside of this beautiful hotel is some of its reception staff. On both check in and check out I found the attitude and support poor for a 5 star hotel and certainly not that you receive in the rest of the hotel.
At check in you are given a map of the hotel, which is a resort so on many levels, and told to find your room. Unless of course as I did I requested to be shown and helped with my luggage.
On check out, I was given an extension to my room stay free of charge. But on actual checking out the balance of my account had been taken from my credit card deposit without my prior checking the charge and then without offering me the opportunity to pay cash as I wanted to. It took another member of staff to credit my account and accept the cash. There are other instances when my enquiries at reception where met with members of staff stood in a huddle talking and ignoring my presence.
Ive stayed at other Lopesan hotels in the area and the reception have always been extremely helpful.
I also met another young couple checking out who experienced the check in and check out unhelpful service.
If the got this area sorted it would be a 5 star excellent hotel!
This hotel has been absolutely wonderful. The staff are lovely and the property is very clean. The food has been really good every night and a lot of options. The spa is also amazing.
Ein Hotel der Spitzenklasse in dem wir uns ausgezeichnet erholen konnten. Gerรคumige ruhige Zimmer mit groรem Bad und begehbarem Schrank, bequemen Betten und groรer Terrasse. Das Frรผhstรผck und Abendessen lรคsst keine Wรผnsche offen. Der Poolbereich ist groรzรผgig und ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem gibt es einen groรen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Insgeamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
The reception staff were amazing and the property was beautiful with 3 pools to choose from as well as a separate pool for kids and another pool for UNIQUE guests. The resort was beautiful however it is easy to get lost trying to find your room. I wouldn't say this is 5 star by many people's standard though it is more a 4 star. The only let downs were breakfast which was cold with uncooked baked beans, runny scrambled eggs, soggy cold hash browns, croissants from a packet that were dry and tasteless and hard cold eggs Benedict and fried eggs. The only part of breakfast that was hot were the freshly made omelettes. The other key down were the toiletries. They were all in squeeze bottles attached to the wall which is not what I would expect from a 5 star resort. There was no conditioner by the bath so to get the conditioner you walk to get out of the bath and walk over to the shower and squeeze the conditioner as hard as you could as it was almost impossible to get anything out of it and take it back into the bath. The shampoo, conditioner and soap all fixed to the wall were of very poor quality and it left your hair feeling like rope. The other things that were annoying were only two free bottles of water on day one and the fridge is half the depth of a normal one so you have to be careful of what you buy to make sure you will fit it in. The staff everywhere other than reception and Azatea bar were miserable and rude and yes the breakfast staff are militant.
This place was gorgeous. Lots of pools and the space on the property was great.

Nuestra habitaciรณn nunca fue limpiada adecuadamente.
El primer dรญa: una habitaciรณn no estaba limpia.
El segundo dรญa: no cambiaban las toallas.
Todos los dรญas: no reponรญan refrescos.
No habรญa cafรฉ en la habitaciรณn. Cuando preguntamos en recepciรณn, nos dijeron que no nos darรญan cafรฉ porque no habรญamos pagado la suite junior/habitaciรณn mรกs grande adicional.
Cuando les expliquรฉ que no habรญa tรฉ en la habitaciรณn y que si podรญamos darnos una bolsita, nos dijeron que era demasiado tarde para dรกrnoslo, a menos que pagรกramos 5 โฌ.
El personal del desayuno y el personal de mantenimiento han sido encantadores. Kersti y Maria, del personal de recepciรณn, fueron increรญblemente serviciales y Yankiel, del รกrea de desayuno, fue increรญblemente amable, servicial y agradable. Otros miembros de la recepciรณn fueron increรญblemente groseros, especialmente con la solicitud de refrescos.
Las tazas no se limpiaron y se dejaron sucias junto a la tetera en la habitaciรณn. No repusieron refrescos durante nuestra estancia.
Tuvimos que pedir toallas limpias en mรกs de una ocasiรณn.
Alles top von Anfang bis Ende. Wenn die Erdbeeren beim Frรผhstรผck noch frisch (wie andere Frรผchte) und nicht aufgetaut mit Eiskern wรคren, dann gรคbe es die 5*.
