We called and waited for 20 min for it, when it came the driver did not help at all for the luggage and parked outside the port so we had to carry all heavy luggages a long way. "The photos do not do the resort justice, the place is stunning, the staff exceptionally friendly and customer focused. Plenty to do on site, nature trails for example are really worth it, lots of water based activities (snorkelling, kayaking, etc. Good selection of resturants and bars. "There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back"

I spent each day out at the beautiful and quiet pool. Bedroom very comfortable and great space on the balcony to sit out or dry clothes. Great stay!"
