"When we were there, someone was having a family reunion and decided that the front area would be a perfect place to host it. The staff did nothing to deter this. It was very loud, children were running everywhere, and the families basically ate all of the food at the breakfast time. I’m pretty sure that they even had family who was not staying there hanging out."

"The place was great and well cleaned. Also great breakfast. The only downside is that there was a lack of soap, toilet paper, towels, and cups in the room. We had 3 people in each room and there were only 2 towels and 2 cups per room and only one soap. "

"There are hotels in Flagstaff by this same name, and Expedia does a lousy job of explaining the difference. We wound up booking the wrong one and spent 2 hours trying to get it corrected. Neither Expedia nor the hotel manager would take responsibility and make it right. Then to add insult to injury, they checked another guest into the same room. Fortunately we were in the room when they came walking in. Poor and unprofessional staff and management. Avoid this place and never expect Expedia to make something right."
