“Lovely stay! Super cool little place!”

“Nothing new and shiny but maintained well, clean and good service. The price point also makes this hotel well worth it.”

“a perfectly cute motel for a stay in grand forks! clean rooms, lovely family run staff and available parking right on site.”

“Locations was perfect for an overnight bed was comfortable”

“Caught red handed not giving a damn would be the best way to describe the management of this hotel. Check-in started at 3pm and we arrived at 4:15 pm to a room that wasn’t ready with a mattress hanging out the door. The motel looked to have one, maybe two other transient guests. That’s it. The manager appeared to need to wake-up the disheveled looking room cleaner who was living in another room and together they dragged the mattress away. Once in our room we noticed a hole in the bathroom...

“Cleaned. Lots of amenities. Easy to find and easy access to restaurants.”

“Room was clean and everything worked. Staff were friendly and very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay by another night. I have stayed here over the past few years and have had no issues with the rooms or the staff.”
