My room was clean and the location was excellent, walking distance to so many attractions. It was unfortunate that my room faced a wall, so I could not see downtown out of my window and my room was next to the elevator so i could hear the elevator go up and down ALL THE TIME!

Room was beat up. Had a lot of mold on the ceiling in the shower. Reported to staff but they did nothing. Tried to use the gym but had no access to water. They have these water stations they’re supposed to refill but they all were empty. It’s not a nice hotel. Definitely not 4 stars. Much better available in Chicago for the money.
