“The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap”

“Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation. It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice,...

“We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money.”

“"Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front". The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter.”
