"Very Friendly and courteous staff"

"Our room had the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The staff was super helpful, however, the hotel was fully booked, so there wasn’t anything they could do for us. The bathroom was also not as clean as we would’ve liked it to be. There seemed to be dried blood on the back of the door that wasn’t cleaned up. The fitness center was quite small, and most of the machines were in need of repair."

"The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again. "
