Excellent service always. I have stayed here multiple times over the last few years in my travels from Australia. The rooms were always spotless. Team on site were always helpful and welcoming. Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is in a great spot for easy access for restaurants and entertainment. will be back again

Cbus was experiencing a heat wave during my stay and the room was really hot. Market Central cafe food is not good, had a couple of meals there. Surrounding hotels/restaurants are much better

We stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to Nationwide arena. Very walkable to the arena and restaurant/bars. Easy parking in parking garage behind the property. The hotel was very clean and everything was very high end. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!

Parking was not easy in the city, but the hotel offered valet parking which was a life savor! Also our A/C in our room was broken but staff was very accommodating providing fans all in all it was a very nice experience.
