“This hotel was fantastic!! Check in was easy and I was greeted by a very pleasant attendant. (Stephanie) My stay was very comfortable with a very peaceful setting. Beautiful Houghton Lake, and quiet.”

“Pools were not maintained supposed to be heated and was not. One of the hot tubs was ice cold. One of the outdoor pools were unusable with green water. The indoor outdoor pool was cold and full of pollen. This cement around the pool was all cracked and broken with large chunks missing with rugs over the cracks which I thought was a big hazard. “Breakfast was good The carpet needs to be updated in rooms. The carpet by the entry door was ripped up. The hotel was easy to find and close to shops, food and gas stations”

“I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I could hear very clearly the guests in the room above us. Very thin floors. Water pressure on the shower was poor. Definitely not worth the $260 we paid.”

“Clean and neat. Very convenient and close to the highway. My only complaint is that the bathroom is tiny, and the shower was a little janky. The curtain rod was mounted too low and kind of loose, so the shower curtain was partly underfoot in the tub, and the rod stuck way out over the toilet. Other than that, everything was great.”
