그레이트 베이슨의 럭셔리 호텔

“첫도착시 도어맨,벨맨은 매우친절하여 자시간운전의 피로를 풀수있었지만, 객실샤워실 컵이 파손되어서 난 입술을 다쳐 피가났고, 늦은시간이라도 직원에게 항의했지만, 직원은 내게 사과도없었고, 내상태에는 관심조차없었다. 다음날 다시 항의하자 총지배인은 당일 근무가아니라하더니 홀담당 매니저가 내게 100불을 준다했다. 나는더 기분이 안좋았다., 총지배인이라는분이 결국 나와서 진심어린은 사과와함께, 내상태를 체크해주었고, 우리의 뜻깊은 여행을 망칠까 걱정해주며 본인이 해줄수있는 성의 표시를 다해주고싶다고했다. 행여라도 전달과정이 제대로 이뤄졌는지 확인하기위해 한국인 직원을 보내주는 배려도 감사했다. 1년전부터 준비했던곳이라 기대가 너무컸나보다. 역사있고 기풍있는곳이라 서비스도 그만큼 깊을거라생각했는데, 초기대응하는 직원들의 서비스가 실망스럽다. 다친상처는 다행히 잘 아물었지만 마음의 상처는 오래갈듯하다. 하지만 마지막까지 최선을다해 배려해주신 총지배인님께 감사인사를남기고싶다. 다시방문한다면...

“3번째 방문이였고 항상 호텔이 관리하는 환경은 아주 훌륭함니다. 이번에는 방을 업그레이드 해 주어서 더욱 편안 했어요. 교통의 편리함도 도시에서 최고입니다.”

“We had a view of the hotel entrance and torch. It was cozy and beautiful. Breakfast was perfect! I had avocado toast one morning and squashs fritters the next morning. ”

“Excellent staff top to bottom! First class treatment! They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!? Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings...

“This place is great. We went off-season, using it as a base of operations for touring all over the region. The room was comfortable and clean, the restaurants and bars in and around the building super convenient, staff was great. Now here are my two beefs: 1) They don't offer mid-stay refreshing of the room AT ALL. And 2) the architect should probably be brought up on war crimes, lol. Getting from building to building is quite an adventure, the signs guiding you are pretty lacking, etc. I...
