"Location was great - not too far from underground stations, theaters, historical sites, and pubs/dining. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds; in room entertainment options could be better (pay movies or option to login to netflix). The only disappointment was the on site breakfast. It was very expensive with no freshly made options (omlette station, etc). Website listed smoothies and other items that were not available. $70 USD for 2 guestspeople. "

"Easy walk to subway. Starbucks close by. Food was good. Staff helpful, was able to arrange a car back to airport. They let me park my rental out front while I unloaded my bags. They have a coffee shop and two restaurants in the hotel. The fish and chips were good. It was within a short walk for the Hop on Hop off bus. I don't know if it was because I went through Expedia, but they wouldn't let me charge anything to my room-the only draw back."

"Amazing location for walk ability to main attractions (Buckingham Palace-Westminster Abbey-BigBen-etc…..). Very quiet/safe area. Rooms are small (we stayed in a corner unit) but well laid out. View was AMAZING. Excellent customer service. Truly had a FANTASTIC stay at this hotel. Stayed here 3 nights before heading to Southampton to hop in a cruise. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
