“Great small room and very friendly staff. It was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. I was on the third floor with no lift so if you have a lot of luggage or hate climbing stairs, that could be an issue but it wasn't a problem for me.”
“Loved this hotel it location was 5 min from Hammersmith Underground or 10 min from Baron Court. Lovely clean room bathroom seemed renewed nice new shower bathtub. Breakfast is well worth the money you can fill up on loads of choices. Shoutout to the manager who runs around in the morning during breakfast with a great smile and customer pro service attitude. He's a real asset to the Hotel wish I had asked his name. recommend !”

“방이 좀 작은 편이지만 욕실 깔끔하고 리셉션 대응이 좋아요. 빅토리아역이랑 코치스테이션(시외 버스터미널)에서 가까워서 히드로에서 버스타고 한번에 와서 다른 지역으로 이동하기 굉장히 편리했습니다. 엘리베이터는 없지만 요청하시면 스탭분께서 체크인/아웃 때 짐 옮겨 주시고 룸 도어에 이중잠금장치 설치되어 있어요. 또 머물고 싶은 곳이에요! ”
“Service from the staff was fantastic, we arrived early and it was no problem for our bags to be stored at the hotel until check in. On our arrival back our bags were waiting for us in our room. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. ”

O único porém é o café da manhã que é caro para o pouco que oferece.

“협소하지만 깨끗한 숙소입니다. 1층 직원을 비롯한 조식 레스토랑의 직원 모두 친절합니다. 다만 숙소 내 모바일 통신이 잘 되 지 않아 다소 불편하였지만 wifi로 해결했습니다.
위치는 시내와는 떨어져 관광하기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 높은 빌딩들 사이에 있는 숙소라 조용하고 깔끔합니다.
다음 방문시에도 또 묵을 예정입니다.”

“직원들은 매우 친절했다. 역에서 3분 거리. 주변에 켄터키 치킨부터 타이.이태리 인도 영국식당들이 많고. 역 바로옆에 대형슈퍼 와 아침을 먹을수 있는 식당이 있는 몰이 있다.
작지만 욕탕이 있어 물을 받아 피로를 풀수 있다.
단, 물이 졸 졸 나온다. 인내심이 필요^^”
"The location and view were truly excellent. Major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Right after check-in, we found that the bathroom sink was clogged, but it was promptly repaired. The breakfast was also outstanding. One downside was that noise insulation both inside and outside the hotel could have been better. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.
