“Lovely host, great caravan park with excellent staff and the pool had a Slide, was clean, polite lifeguards and even inflatables… My kids love a caravan, weve stayed at many parks and I didn’t know much about Felixstowe holiday park until I booked there last minute… It was great… shop within a couple of minutes outside of the park, amusements within and outside the park, beach, viewing point to see the ships etc. highly recommend. ”

“I made the booking on behalf of a disabled mother and her 2 twin daughters in my role as her trustee using funds from her disabled person trust fund. I complaint immediately at arrival, the situation got worse when the host accused the guest of trashing the caravan without any evidence and refused to refund the deposit. “Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower.
