"Very clean property. The room (junior suite) was very comfortable. Bathroom was large. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options nearby, and is located within a few minutes walk of the Malécon."

"Pros: safe, clean, comfortable, bodega across the street, washer/dryer. Netflix!. Lobby's personnel are very friendly. (nitpicking...) Cons: certain details are left unfixed... room window didn't open, and wasn't fixed immediately. I don't know if its due to scarce service provider, or manager's lack of responsiveness. Our whole stay had the room with no ventilation. I used the floor fan provided to push air into the room... so... I kinda made it work. Side comment: the fan is pretty dirty! (fan blades and grill have never been cleaned). The hair dryer is also dirty (same as floor fan). The shower's hot water is flaky... hot water comes and goes. Perhaps due to the compact instant-hot-water system it uses? I don't know... I am not used to these systems. Hot water still comes out, but not constantly... you have to get used to it. The location is good, but a loud... sleep-in can be hard... traffic/horns. None of the above are deal breakers to me, but those are the little details that prevent my review from being a solid 5-star. I hope manager takes care of these little items for future guests. If you use Whatsapp, I strongly suggest connect with the manager with Whastsapp. More agile communication. I also suggest you check Travelocity.com for messages from manager, specially 24-48 hours before check-in for instructions. This communication approach should be improved... too easy to miss messages. I did. I would come back to this property, no problem! I recommend this place."

"Great location of apartment with a convenience store and supermercado on same block. Plenty of dining options within easy walking distance. Also walking distance to Salaverry Plaza mall. Will need to bring washing liquid for washing machine. Host provides bath towels and hand towels and basic set up for kitchen. Apartment equipped with two standing fans for comfort. Building is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbors."

"The room was in very good condition and very clean. The AC was great and the water good and hot for the shower. The continental breakfast was very good at 8AM but we arrived very late for our rooms the night so the next morning we didn’t head down for breakfast until a little after 9 and the coffee was not hot and everything else was picked over and very tired"
