Hotel location can't be better, you can walk to almost everywhere in Miraflores from there, amazing staff, respectfully and professional. We got upgraded, thanks to Expedia VIP Access. Suites were clean and charming with very comfortable beds and amenities. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel’s restaurant were great! I was a solo female traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable. The Hotel actually delivered a birthday cake to my room on my birthday which was so sweet. The housekeeper for room 705 for the week on 1/10-1/17 was amazing and deserves a raise! All the staff were helpful and I would 1000% recommend this hotel!!!
