Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview
10/10 Excellent
"Was daughters 10 birthday booked room with view, was told first come first serve. But when we checked in I explained it was her birthday so it was special he convinced me to upgrade for 100 ( but with all extra fees added in they didn’t mention until you look at receipt it was more than 100 per night extra) a night to see both falls from room instead of room I had booked showing 1 fall. Told me if we upgraded we could see fireworks and light show from room. ( there were no fireworks- they had stopped for the year few days before we arrived) Parking they charged me wrong rate had to get that fixed ( if i hadn’t asked for receipt and checked it I would have never know ) it was happening to other people too. First night of 2 I went to concierge to ask questions since it was our first time about passes we had purchased she was super rude and nasty cause we hadn’t purchased tickets through her/ hotel so she didn’t really wanna answer my questions and kept down talking the package I had purchased. People helping get on and off elevator were nicer and would help answer questions better than the concierge. When we left they brought the car up and I was loading it and the guy wanted to take my luggage cart I told him he could have it when I was finished he kept standing there making rude remarks until I was finished. Hotel was nice, clean, very close to things. They could have some nicer people and people who knew what was going on. Told them these things and just got a sorry."
