The staff were excellent to deal with and very helpful in showing us the amenities in the hotel and in the area. We were greeted with smiles, especially by the front desk and cleaning staff. The property is centrally located and it’s was easy to get around town. The rooms we had were nice but a little dated. There may have been other rooms that were renovated. That being said it was a great hotel with a good restaurant attached. We will definitely go back if we’re in town.

This hotel is nicely situated in Arnprior, within walking distance of the historic downtown area. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, understanding and helpful. The hotel is showing signs of wear & tear & age; I felt that there could have been more effort given to the cleanliness of the room flooring & the bathroom. It would benefit from a bit more attention. However, we were grateful that the hotel allowed dogs and that our room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 dogs.

Rooms have paper thin walls so you can hear everything. First floor had bugs coming in from the entrance and the 2" gap on the room door means bugs and noises easily enter. Toilet is designed for a child not an adult. Table lamps were covered in dust. A disgusting sofa was in the room which I did not touch because it looked gross. The bathroom door was badly chipped and the bathroom felt grimey. Staff were friendly though. I would avoid this place if possible.
