“The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean.”

“We had a great experience! Plenty of room and comfortable setting! Great communication from owner over last minute room changes. Our daughter is coming to UND so matbe we can stay with you again! ”

“This place is on the third floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage’s up and down. The door code was not emailed to me as booking, had to contact the owner for the code ,which was provided wrong to me at first, caused the door to lock for a while. And then it was the right code. The bed sheets aren’t very clean for both rooms. And the guess rooms door is hard to shut it close. ”

“Door access panel was out of battery when we arrived. Hosts were not available to be reached at the provided phone number, were not made aware they would not be reachable. Hosts away all weekend and did not return until Monday morning. Did not call to check in upon returning, despite us leaving voice mails regarding the problem accessing their suite. Had to figure out the issue with the entry pad and replace the battery on the panel ourselves in order to access the suite. Suite itself was...

“I like the equipped kitchen and all the space in the suite. The computer desk was very handy.”
