“Simple, Clean and Cozy room! It was a surprisingly reasonable accommodation at an inexpensive price. The bed was not too fluffy and a little hard, so it was more comfortable for me. It was impeccable, except for a little noise. (The soundproofing of the room is not perfect, so if you have uncooperative customers in other rooms during your stay, you may suffer from a bit of noise.) “You must stay at the Prarie Rose Inn if you are passing through or visiting western Kansas. It is brand new, but furnished and decorated to reflect various aspects of Kansas history. Each of the 16 rooms has a historical name and has every amenity possible. There is a breakfast restaurant and a bar and grill. Also a gorgeous RV park in back. Do not overlook the Prarie Rose Inn!”

“The property is a bit old & run down and gives off a bit of a “sketchy “ feel to it. There actually was no street sign indicating the motel. The room itself was clean and adequately supplied. The front desk manager was very nice and provided us with a room facing where we parked our truck/rv. This is a convenient place off of Rt 70 to bed down after 9.5 hours of driving! ”
