โMy room was well kept,only problem was my linen had a scent that was unpleasant I didnโt get a chance to let housekeeping know about it being that I was out every day all day.
Very limited options for breakfast,but I made it work, overall I was comfortable.โ

โThe front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had the 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for 2 adults and a dog and all our stuff while our house was being tented. Appreciated the hot breakfast options each morning. The lobby was large with plenty of room to hang out. Also loved the sitting areas outside in the front and back. Looked like lots of families stayed there on a night before a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport!!! Several good places to walk to for meals close by. ...
โEverything was good except for the shuttle service at the airport. We came out of one of the door numbers as stated in an email that was received for the shuttle. But we stood there from 8:45 to 9:35 p.m so we ended up having to get a taxi and pay $40 U.S to only see the shuttle just arriving at the hotel with passengers. The main reason we booked with said hotel was truly because of the shuttle service.โ
โFood was great,a little pricey but way better than McDonald's. Bed was nice,slept great. A very nice ride to port to catch the cruise. Would definitely stay here again. โ
โHotel was nice and clean...free breakfast was a plus...didn't walk around much but did drive over to dolphin mall which was 10 mins away and did some shopping.
Overall i will definitely recommend and return.โ
"Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review."
