โEverything was good except for the shuttle service at the airport. We came out of one of the door numbers as stated in an email that was received for the shuttle. But we stood there from 8:45 to 9:35 p.m so we ended up having to get a taxi and pay $40 U.S to only see the shuttle just arriving at the hotel with passengers. The main reason we booked with said hotel was truly because of the shuttle service.โ

"Something crawled on the bed and bit me, I think it was a tick so I complained, they said they would refund my money and I checked out a few hours after I checked in. But they still haven't refunded my money so I'm waiting until now to write this review."
