Shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. Saw other hotels twice during this time. Then couldn’t use the shuttle the next morning as we had to leave at 6:00 to catch a flight. Shuttle isn’t available until 7:00 am. AC in room was quite noisy and toilet made a loud oas the bowl filled up. Hair left in the sink and tub. TV only got 3 channels and barely got those. Picture quality poor. Likely got what we paid for.

I book them after my flight from Miami was canceled , was coming from vacation in Panama and stayed at a 5 star hotel there. So I will give my honest review. Positives: Free shuttle from the airport to the hotel from 7 am to 8 pm, running every 1 to 2 hours. Free breakfast including eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal. Coffee and tea in the lobby all the time. Not top notch but you won’t die of hunger Nice attractive outdoor pool. Negatives: Room has basic necessities: fridge, tv, microwave, air conditioner ( very loud), minuscule bar soaps, shampoo and lotion. But overall terrible. Mold in the shower, floors dirty. I feel the lobby and breakfast area were cleaner than my room. Beds are double beds, meaning 2 ppl can sleep in them, but if you want to be comfortable, only 1 person should sleep in it Ironing board can’t stand straight. I had to lean it against the wall to make it stand. In summary: Definitely not luxury, but got there at 2 am, tired after a long day, cancelled flight, and traveling with 2 cranky teenagers, I was grateful we got a place to crash for the night, rest, shower, instead of sleeping on the airport floors. I was grateful for the free breakfast and free ride back to the airport. We felt like human beings again in the morning. Also grateful that the lobby and breakfast area were clean enough with good air conditioner. They also sell stuff like toothpaste/toothbrushes ( expensive ) Would I spend more than 1 night ? Definitely not.

The young lady at the desk was very accommodating, especially when I missed my flight and made sure my extra night stay was great. The housekeepers were great when I requested anything. Pool area was clean and refreshing. The air conditioning was awesome and the hot water was on point. Will definitely use them again

I travel to Miami about once a year and chose this hotel because everything near the airport was unusually expensive during the World Cup. I decided to give it a chance despite the reviews mentioning cleanliness issues, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The hotel has serious maintenance problems. The elevator is old, the rooms feel neglected, and the air conditioners are outdated. My room had humidity everywhere — even the floor stayed damp the entire time. The bathroom was in such poor condition that I didn’t even feel comfortable showering. You can hear everything happening outside the room, which made it very hard to rest. Breakfast was very basic for the price: cereal, milk, bread, and scrambled eggs. I expected something better. Overall, I did not sleep well, I did not feel comfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness or a good rest with family. I will not stay here again.

In the Rooms there is only two temperatures!! Freezing cold or drowning in condensation water if you lower the A/C. The WHOLE room gets COMPLETELY WET if you set the temperature above 73 F on the A/C. Hotel is a little hard to find and dated, but the location is good and the Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is OK.

The room definitely does not look like the picture online, it is very misleading. I wanted to check out the second I checked in. I did end up having to move rooms because the AC was leaking everywhere. The front desk stuff was very accommodating, but the atmosphere did not feel sanitary for someone that just has surgery to recover at.
