The staff was nice and courteous. I did not like the flooring in the room, The amenities also seem to have some age. The breakfast need to change as well. Every day is the same breakfast and it don't have much of a variety.

You get what you paid for. I think I paid $59 a night so was about what I expected. Clean enough to feel comfortable sleeping/showering without questioning who had been there before. They could use some cosmetic work but again nothing major and for the price I really can’t complain. Breakfast was well rounded and again about what you’d expect for a hotel breakfast. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The room was dilapidated, the heater looked like it was smashed with a sledge hammer, there appeared to be black mold growing on the ceiling of the shower area, there are black spots everywhere. The bedding is not white as pictured. There were only two extremely lumpy pillows which needed to be retired long ago. The hotel was quiet, it's only plus. There is some green tablecloth thing on the bed. There is only one chaise lounge at the pool which is split and you can't sit on it. The coffee was awful, the juice was warm and the pool needed to be cleaned. The staff is far from friendly. I am scratching this chain off of my list of places to stay. Go elsewhere.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! Check in went smooth however on the way to our room we found the carpets look like they hadn’t been vacuumed in MONTHS! Upon opening the door we were hit in the face with a horrible chemical smell. Not like the room was just cleaned it was more like a make you want to throw up smell. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned ever! Dirt, debris and anything else you can think of. The beds had stains and hair from previous customers. The bathroom sink didn’t work. The shower had NO curtain. I was absolutely not staying with my children in such filth! Never again would I ever stay there. We slept in the car in fear we would bring bedbugs home with us! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I didn’t even bother to go to front desk after seeing the conditions and reading reviews.

When we arrived at the airport we called immediately for transportation, they said it would get there around 7pm, we were not picked up until 745ish. The room was clean but there was two roaches that came in from under the door. Not the hotels fault but just so you are aware. Then we booked transportation from the hotel to the cruise terminal. We scheduled the night before and when we checked in down stairs we waited for 30 minutes and then when we asked the receptionist about when they would arrive, she called the transportation service and they were not told they needed to pick us up. We did get a refund of our money and booked an Uber instead. Staff was ok, but not overly friendly. I know it annoyed them when i asked for a refund, but we had to be at the terminal and it was going to be another 30 minutes to wait for their transport.

I arrived and the front desk was a disaster at check in time. Did not pay attention to what they were doing, seemed indifferent. Deposit process seemed more invasive than other hotels. If I am giving you my card, the front desk needs to be gold standard not second rate. Location and room: it was good value. In terms of safety, someone late into the night put a suspicious flyer in the door, for a very low rated restaurant, check online once you get this flier... I was warned about this before coming here, so I was prepared, but the fact that someone can just walk up to the room like that, and it is exposed to the outside, after the experience I had at the front desk, makes me never want to return. Is there any security? Cctv camera surveillance? There are many areas for improvement here, even with minimal investment and constrained budget, more should be done to improve this property.

Rooms are tinny. Staff service is really bad, always in a bad mood. Cleanliness very poor, not making our room and not providing towels when needed. Breakfast is also bad and same options every day. Wifi is terrible, only working atbthe lobby. Only good thing is that location is convenient for shopping and near to other places. Won't come back.

Breakfast was on point! Wish they had different stuff everyday, but it was yummyy. Staff was amazing and helped with everything needed, one thing I didnt like was the housekeepers screaming at each other about the room numbers and which ones need cleaning at 8am while I was in pain trying to sleep :/ other than that place was nice and I will def stay there again when I come back :)
