"The room was spacious, very nice, and clean. The staff were great, friendly. The Bars were nice. I loved the pools but the water was too hot for the summer time. This is a very nice hotel if you are looking for quiet place. They hardly put music, only by one of the pools and for a few hours. And if you are looking for Spanish music, this is not the place for you. I was very disappointed with the music."

"Great food, hospitality and crowd. Rooms are a little outdated . Didn’t pay a hold deposit for hotel. Lots of activity to do on property. Vacation wear shopping, pharmacy, clinic, basic mani pedi, spa, volleyball tennis, chest and more games, casino, clubbing, concert hall, wedding dress etc shopping. I know of 4 different restaurants 5 bars. They can help with taxi, delivery and excursions. I had a butler too, so great! Wait time to check in was 2 hours after 3 pm. The place is packed. I know of 2 huge pools, one with all the kids stuff attached. Staff is great as well. Gym & Parking available."
