"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. Everything was unbelievable beautiful and thought through (the pictures don’t even do justice) The owner and staff was the most friendly we experienced throughout our travels in Italy and the service was top.
