"I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. "

Within walking distance of good food (Try Yanni's, a short 15 minute walk away!), a nice zoo, a lake, and several nice looking pubs (didn't check them out, but they looked like the place for a brew), you can save some miles on the rental car and still have a great time. At the recommendation of the front desk, we went up to the 4th floor balcony and were stunned with the beautiful views of Mt Rainer and the Seattle skyline. I will recommend this hotel to others. "

"Hopefully the management company fixed the washer but besides that everything was perfect clean and fine! A large space so it’s perfect for small families or a group of friends who want to hangout in a chill neighborhood. The light rail is only an uber away"

"Cute townhouse that was on a quiet street. Parking wasn't as bad as we had expected so that was a definite plus. The place was clean with an easy check out process. Some place want you to do a bunch of things prior to check out, but there requests we totally reasonable. I would stay here again."

"The Hotel is such a great location for the UW! Great shops and food all in walking distance, too. The Pointdexter cafe that is part of the hotel has wonderful coffees and great healthy breakfast options that were so appreciated! The hotel itself is such a fun, quirky vibe and had a great view from our room to the water. Will stay again if visiting UW!"

"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying...
