Perfect for a Greenwood visit

This was a great place to stop for the night. The price was fair for what we received. The town of Greenwood is a great place to visit. We did the ghost walking tour and learned a lot. The local folks were great! Definitely will be going back.

Easy to find, super quiet. Really friendly staff made check-in a breeze. Room was clean and renovated. I love that after a long day I can simply step out of my car and right into the room. I would definitely stay there again.

The arbour in front provided good shade in the afternoon. Good value but needs to sell microwaveable dinners in store - its a long way to the nearest grocery store and most restaurants are closed by 6 pm. Easy fix!

We needed a motel for 1 night and Evening Star didn't disappoint. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities, the beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly. The area was quiet. I would recommend this motel and I will stay again when I'm back in the Greenwood area

It’s a standard roadside motel. Somethings have been refreshed recently, one or two others still need doing. That said it’s very good, staff helpful and courteous, lovely and clean, linen fresh, comfy beds. Slightly better cable package with a few more movies available. I particularly liked the alarm clock, had 3 easy to reach USB charging ports and 2 120v AC outlets, the lamp had one too. It’s now pretty common in the UK to find AC outlets with built in USB ports, this is the first I’ve seen in a Canadian hotel/motel. There was also a small convenience store in the motel office.
