Awesome staff

Our room was quite outdated, but for the price it was awesome. Loved the pool and the staff were awesome. Very nice and accommodating for us.

Rooms were freezing, walls really thin (could basically hear the conversation next door) and bathroom in a poor condition. Staff was lovely and location great if you want to stay close to the sea.

1- only one bed in a familial room (reservation for 4 people) !! Thanks to the crew who added small beds for the kids 2- only one floor in a huge surface : walk for hours 3- Very very old style rooms ; antic bathroom 4- not a single menu in English (neither French !!!) in the restaurant; but the worst thing was the food. May be the cook should taste what he serve !!! Much too expensive according to the meals…. Go anywhere else. To bad for the employees who were pretty much customer oriented !

Value for money. Nice and quiet surroundings. Free parking. Apart from great WiFi not much has happened since the 70’s. Rooms are basic. No luxury, but it works. Breakfast is simple, but still «Danish». A great bonus was the SPA and indoor swimming pool.

Super Danish hotel

This is a superb traditional Danish hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food in the breakfas was very good choice and quality. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and the dagens 3 course menu really good value. The swimming pool and jacuzzi excellent place to relax and unwind. Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious now with addition of coffee makers. Whenever I have stayed at the Marina I always wish i had booked more days. Thank you for a great stay

Need an overhaul. Too expensive

Three star hotel. If rated as an Inn I would have been fine with the old style low service level. DKK 1000 for twin beds is simply too much. It is not fair priced. I would ot have stayed here if I knew what I had Experienced here

Det er meget børnevenligt, legerum var fint og de havde lavet en halloween skattejagt, som var et hit hos min lille søn. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage

syns der var mange ting der haltede. små ting som at vores køleskab ikke var koldt da vi kom.. og at tv’et ikke virkede og vi selv måtte finde ud af det ved at sætte nettkablet i væggen. endnu en lille ting er at ledningerne fra tv’et bare hænger slapt ned bag det. det ser sjusket ud og skriger ikke ligefrem kvalitet. generelt er hotellet og omgivelserne trætte og dårligt istand. toiletter (ved restauranten) er ikke pæne og skraldespanden flød over og ud på gulvet søndag morgen kl 9.30. morgenmads buffeten var kedelig. kunnne bruge pandekager eller vafler, mere indbydende youghurt end kartoner der står og er lettere lunkne.. spaen.. der var det virkelig træt. løse fliser, fuger der er gået op. baderum hvor det er svært at undgå der kan kigges ind ude fra gangen. bare ikke pænt og skriger simpelthen ikke luksus. sedler på dørene til sauna ser fortærdeligt ud. træ nederst i saunaen er rådden. bortset fra alt det har det været meget hyggeligt. ungerne elskede det hele og så ikke alle de ting jeg gjorde. men jeg syntes det er en skam. der er små ting der kunne få et til at se noget mere eksklusivt ud.

Det er ikke retvisende at kalde det et spa hotel fordi der er 1 boblebad. Vandet på værelserne kunne ikke blive varmere end 38 grader. Der var ingen hårtørrer. Stedet er noget out-dated og morgen-madsbuffeten trænger til inspiration. Ellers okay - 3 stjerner. Ikke mere.

Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse, der var smil fra og personalet og de kunne tage en joke. Vi havde booket forkert fandt vi ud af da vi ankom, der skal jo aftensmad til når man tjekker sent ind. Det fandt vi bare ud af, sagde de. Dejlig oplevelse Dog vil jeg sige kommunikation mellem personalet, kunne være bedre. Hvor skønne tjener for fredag aften, tilbød at fruens hovede ret ville komme med min forret. Det skete aldrig, tilgengæld fik vi 1 glas vin på huset. Ja det er, det sure med det søde. De beklaget meget. Tilgav dem hurtig, for igen dejlig service. Alt i alt et skønt hotel. Med gode mennesker og en hyggelig atmosfære. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Fint ældre værelse, alt var fint og rent, og personalet var meget imødekommende. Morgenbuffeten var ikke noget prangende. Der var et fint udvalg, men brød, æg, bacon, snegle, osv. var ret kedeligt. Poolområdet var fint.

De havde problemer med reservationen, da vi ankom, så det tog lidt af førstehåndsindtrykket. Dog fik de det løst på en fin måde, og vi fik vores værelse som var klar og rent til os.
