Debbie at the front desk was awesome. We had a great stay and would recommend this location to other visiting the casino area. Convenient free shuttle on the weekends and comfortable rooms with great amenities!

The only good thing I can say is the staff that checked us in was super nice. The property was dirty, I saw no other staff. The halls smelled like pot and our room smelled like cigarettes. Our blanket had stains and the shower was dirty. The breakfast and coffee were not good. The pool and hottub had so much chlorine it stung our eyes, no ventilation. The hot tub itself needs repair, the tiles were crumbling. 15 mins from the casino was nice and we chose this place for the price which was lower but still too high for the overall experience.

This hotel has potential but is not cleaned very well. Our first room was filthy. It had hair all over the bathroom, shower and sink. The corners of the room were never cleaned and collecting dust a debris. We asked for the room to be cleaned but there was no cleaning staff so the front desk agent gave us another room. He also told us that that is a common issue. He didn’t seem concerned about the filth at all. The new room was worse! It smelled of smoke and was dirtier! It looked like there was vomit on the bedskirt. Debris all over the floor and overall very filthy. We ended up taking the first room as we needed to get to sleep and wake up early. This facility needs to vastly improve on the cleanliness.

Booked a room with a king size bed and tub as shown in the photos. Received a room with only handicapped shower access and no tub. My wife was sad about this but didn’t want to complain. Our first night we wanted to visit the hot tub and pool area. To our surprise it was opened past the hours of of operation so we decided to go for a swim. There was a couple drinking straight vodka heavily in the pool room at first things were ok but when we were about to leave I needed to use the rest room, I tried one of the rest rooms however it was locked . The next thing I knew I had a drunk belligerent husband in my face telling me his wife was inside that bathroom. He was threatening to knock me out I was extremely apologetic to him and insisted I had no ill intentions and that I had no idea someone was in that bathroom. He kept calling Me a pervert and was persistently threatening violence against me. I kept my cool and after what seemed like forever my wife had gotten a staff member to break up the situation. The rest of our stay was spent worrying about another interaction with this crazy guest.. enforcing the rules posted at the facility could have prevented all of this.. I will not be booking another stay at a comfort inn needless to say.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid over $300 a night only to end up changing my own sheets and discovering multiple yellow stains on the mattress. I also found a toilet seat with dried yellow stains. When I spoke to the front desk person that night, he asked if I had checked the reviews. The next morning, I spoke to the general manager. She apologized and offered a free stay at any other Comfort Inn property, but she ended up sending us a voucher for the same hotel. I tried to follow up with her to remind her of her promise, but I have not heard back from her. To bad i can't post pictures if needed because you would be as disappointed as I am.
