"Regret paying so much for the worst hotel I ever stayed. From check-in lobby was fully crowded with people complaining various problems and also saw one lady getting refund, maybe I should have noticed at this moment. Booked family suites and it had two restrooms, I almost died from ammonia intoxication, smell was so bad that my whole impression on Brussels got worse, will NEVER visit Brussels again."
