The apartment was dark and faced the restaurant with a high hedge opposite. The 2nd bedroom was in the apartment ceiling and the room was very dark. My daughter was not happy to sleep in it. It was also accessed by open slippery stairs. This was not described within the apartment details. If so, I would never have booked it.

perfetto!!!

Perfekt hotell för utflykter på förmiddagen och poolhäng på eftermiddagen. Vi hade superiorboende och fick en väldigt lugn och skön vistelse. Det är inget superlyx boende men det var inte det vi var ute efter heller. Levde upp till alla mina förväntningar och mer därtill.

Fattoria San Lorenzo beware being off main campus!

Disappointing, overpriced IMO. We were in a separate apartment to the main hotel so could not use the main facilities conveniently, such as the pool. If we wanted to use the restaurant we had to drive. Our apartment was very small and only had a small pool. AC was not very good and wifi was terrible. Expected great things, was below average considering the price. Off of a main road, with fast cars so could not cycle or run safely. Will not go again.

Helemaal goed!

Uitstekende agriturismo met prima uitgeruste ruime appartementen. Wij verbleven in een 4-kamer appartement in "Tenuta Livia", het centrale deel vd accommodatie. Dan heb je met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers een een woonkamer-keuken werkelijk alle ruimte. Het enig wat wij misten is wat relax meubilair buiten op de patio. Het management en receptie personeel is zeer, zeer vriendelijk en geeft zinvolle tips voor bezoekjes od restaurants in de omgeving. Sowieso is dit een mooi stuk van Toscane als je eveneens prijs op het strand en de kust stelt. Het centrale zwembad is ruim genoeg voor alle gasten en voorzien van ligbedden.

le bon plan: demander un appartement au "pozzino"

J'ai sejourne a la Fattoria San Lorenzo debut Mai: le temps etait magnifique et j'avais hate de pouvoir profiter de la piscine. Grande deception car la belle piscine qui est mise en evidence sur le site de hotels.com etait fermee. C'est vraiment dommange que ce genre d'information ne soit pas fourni au moment de la reservation. A noter cependant qu'il y avait la possibilite de profiter d'une autre piscine a 1km au "pozzino" qui est une annexe de la structure principale de la Fattoria San Lorenzo. D'ailleurs si vous avez la possibilite, demander explicitement d'avoir un appartement au "pozzino", car c'est plus calme (en plein milieu de la nature) et la structure est plus petite et plus charmante que la structure principale de la Fattoria San Lorenzo.

A comfortable stay

We stayed in the apartments which were about 1/2 km away from the main complex. The swimming pool was quite small but fortunately not crowded. Excellent location; just off the road which takes you to the beaches, but at the same time, a very quiet and tranquil spot.

Spacious apartment

We enjoyed our stay here. We got upgraded so had quite a big apartment on the site next to the restaurant. Apartment clean and in traditional Tuscan style. There's a swimming pool and small playground on site. The restaurant on site was also excellent and just up the road there's an agriturismo where you can eat really well. My only criticisms would be that one of the other guests had a dog without a lead running around the swimming pool, which frightened my children. Also, although I'd prepaid the room via hotels.com, they tried to charge me again for the apartment. He apologised when I said I'd already paid it, so I think it was an honest mistake. In general, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again and recommend to a friend.

You really need to have a car to get to this place. Much bigger than I was expecting, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with lounge. Reception very helpful with directions to local sights. Would gladly recommend this place to friends.

Great hotel for families or couples.

This delightful complex is a group of individual small apartments surrounded by beautiful landscaping. It is not actually a hotel, but what the Europeans call "self-catering." We had a two room apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff was happy to provide a barbecue, a pannini maker and laundry drying rack when requested. There were laundry facilities on site, two beautiful pools and an elegant restaurant. Continental breakfast delivered to the front door was available with pre-order. The location was near beaches, small historic villages and a very modern shopping center. Occupants of other apartments were of several different nationalities and were all friendly.
