โOur room was really spacious, with air con, which we appreciated in the very hot weather. It was great to have free parking right outside the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and speak great English and service was of a really high standard. Dinner was really delicious with a welcome prosecco and amuse bouche and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace overlooking the river. โLovely hotel with excellent service. Elena who greeted us upon arrival was absolutely lovely and professional, friendly and welcome! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. She ensured that breakfast was to our liking and was most informative and helpful throughout the stay. The property is very quiet and peaceful. โ

โProperty was not clean (cobwebs everywhere, dirty floor, broken toilet seat) and bug infested. Avoid! We checked out after one night as we could not stay. Disappointed that Hotels.com have not been able to offer an immediate refund and compensation based on the photos provided. โ
