"This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare."

"Room was very clean with no defects. Pool was wonderful! My wife enjoyed it very much. Private beach with umbrella and lounge chairs was terrific (note there’s a small rental fee). Wonderful breakfast and lots of restaurants in walking distance. A/C was great in room. Staff very friendly."

"The property is in the upper side of the town, the view is amazing! Daniele is the perfect host, he knows everyone and everywhere, he can reccomend you the best food spots, beaches and everything else. The room was small but very comfortable, fridge, tv, bathroom and even a small balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30 and when you get down the stairs you can smell the croissants coming out of the oven. I had a great experience, the historical part of the town is a few minutes walk and the beach is 10 min walk, in the evening (summertime) you can even jump on a small train if you feel lazy :) i definitely recommend it! Thanks Daniele"
