The rooms were clean however the hotel lacked basic amenities in the room such as complimentary bottled water (in the desert!) They offered water at the check in desk however who would've thought.
Another negative is that there is no access to the guest rooms via a smoke free area. Children have to walk through smoke and slot machines to get to the room.
