"Eine sehr schöne und renovierte Pension. Das Personal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön. Auch das Bad war sehr neu und qualitativ auf hohem Niveau. Beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl eher gering und bei größeren Andrang schnell aus. Es wird aber in wenigen Minuten nachgeliefert. Ich denke dass sich das auch nach der Neueröffnung etwas einspielen muss. Preis/Leistung definitiv ausgezeichnet. Gerne wieder für einen Kurztrip."

"I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! I used the spa at the hotel as well as the included spa services at Terme Karnten. "The wifi was non existent. I tried to tell the front staff and they were not receptive and leaving shortly, at 9pm! The walls were full of huge black streaks. The bedding was full of piles - obviously they wash their sheets with their towels I am guessing. The mattresses were terrible as were the pillows. The pillows were so very sad. The only salvation was the breakfast staff - super awesome! I have to say I thought I would have had the chance to express my concerns the next morning; however, there was a sign that no one would be there until after 1pm. So from 9pm at night until after 1pm the next day - no one to address your concerns! Idk how this property got such a high rating. Expedia also tried to contact this property and was not successful! Very disappointed."

"Check in was a very good experience, friendly helpful staff, although it was a bit disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at around 3:45. OK, website says 4… Parking situation was another matter, from a staff and systems perspective this needs some changes. It’s a complicated system and they do not provide a concise set of instructions to take with you or make a snapshot of. Our biggest gripe was the unfriendly, hostile nature of the underground parking lot attendant (tall, thin, in his 50’s) at around 07:00. Rapid speech, arrogance, “our system works perfectly”, and loudness got to the point where I nearly stepped out of the car for a more thorough confrontation which he came very close to earning. My German is good so I understand what was being conveyed. Other than that…no issues."

"Nice little setting removed from town, the outside of the property could do with a bit of maintenance, the room was comfortable with a fridge and kettle, so could make your own breakfast and get an early start for the day, not much in the way of restaurants or shops in the area though, so it is a bit of a drive to dinner if you want choices"

"Staff very friendly and when I told them how dissatisfied I was that we had to book the pool and pay 15 euro a person, they gave it to me for free and a late check out breakfast was included also. Beds were not comfortable at all and no way to adjust temperature in our room, Couldn’t keep the window open as there were no screens in them"

"The kitchen had basics but missing a few utensils such as a bottle opener or corkscrew, spatula or serving spoon. We improvised. Also some light bulbs were out. Great location in the heart of old town, but be aware that there is a lively Mexican restaurant below (good food but noisy) and the street doors were often wedged open. Wouldn’t want to stay there with very young children or as a lone female. "
