"It was good for the price! Expect minor flaws which probably vary from room to room. Pros: Most importantly, it was very clean. WiFi was reliable. The restaurant was good. Most of the staff were nice. There was a pretty park and old palace right next to the hotel and plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. There was also a cool history museum within just a few minutes walk. Cons: Toilet flushed a little too hard and splattered, but it wasn’t that bad. I asked for a wake up call and never received one but no big deal, my phone alarm was enough. Aside from those things I was happy there overall and recommend it as a good budget option. I would stay there again. The five stars I gave take the price into consideration as well. "

"Habitaciones limpias y una zona muy bonita. La ubicación es más alejada del centro de Madrid pero vale la pena. "

"A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area."

"The room was very big! The front desk girls super helpful, there is a restaurant walking distance, and they offer shuttle to airport for 10 euro so it was super good!! Thank you PS I love the orange cat on the lobby!"
