Perfect stay

Great stay, close to restaurants, historic places, and the center of town really, so the location is perfect. The room was big and comfortable, the shower amazing, great water pressure after a hot day. Nice air conditioning to refresh and great service overall. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend beautiful and great location

I love this hotel and have stayed multiple times. It’s close enough to walk to everything but not in the fray so it’s quiet at night. Definitely recommend! There is a wonderful breakfast buffet also!

For the price and considering it is a 4 stars hotel, they need to make some building updates. There wasn’t enough shampoo or towels in our room during the 4 nights we stayed. The pipes were smelly every time we went into our room. Also, the staff members were nice for the most part, but they don’t give you enough information about anything, really. It would be nice that they provide info about the hotel amenities, the spa and the surrounding area. Not a good welcoming experience. And when I asked a question about logistics to one of the staff members, one of them was very condescending. Overall okay.

A delightful stay!

We only stayed 1night. I wish we could have stayed a little longer to take advantage of the spa. It’s a beautifully repurposed old compound with thoughtful architecture & engineering. My only complaint was the hallway light kept flashing on and off -visible through our room window and it kept us awake all night. It would be perfect if the Parador could shade the hallway windows better at night.
