“Pro’s: Affordable price. $25 food voucher per day (can be used for breakfast, lunch, or dinner). Free towels, chairs and umbrellas at the beach front. Beach is very close by, maybe 3 min walking. Local hotels have servers at the beach that will bring you drinks and food. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff is sweet, friendly and accommodating. Many restaurants close by within walking distance. Cons: Security latch inside the room was broken, but the room had a 2nd lock so it was fine....

“Nice hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly, location was amazing, less than 10 minutes from the airport, 15 min to San Juan. Across the street had a great arepa 24 hour place and a bakery that was nearby. Nice pool, bar, and restaurant.”

“I booked the City Apt for my kids and myself, and I was scared off a bit when I read the dreaded “scam” review. Let me be clear, I am just a normal dude from Ohio, not trying to prop up a rental, but this unit was so with the price. It is not fancy but very functional and a short walk to the beach and entertainment. I may not stay in San Juan again, but if I did, this is where I would stay. Great value, great location. The only thing I would ask for is a few more towels or a laundry...

“we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did.
