“Great hotel, location and staff. There was an issue with the water but they fixed it right away. Street parking right in front of the hotel, always found a spot. A little noisy from air conditioners outside and music from a nearby festival but I still give it 5 stars. ”

“A hotel inside an international airport can come in two flavors. Brilliant… or not. The San Juan is not. Some of the staff try hard to be friendly. Some are outright belligerent. The sixth floor requires a change of elevators. The expensive king-bed room is tiny. No place to lay out your your kit for the morning prep. The restaurant? Surely staff. Beer can be $18 a glass. “Honestly I had a good time here. No complaints. The staff was lovely. So kind and sweet and helpful. Also very attentive. They were fast and efficient. The place was clean and smelled very nice. The area was spacious. The AC was great, it got cold super fast. I loved it. The location is in the heart of everything yet secluded and I liked that. The water outside is warm so you can get in even if it’s a bit nippy. My 9 year old also loved his stay. ”
