“Great stay ”

“Included open bar was a great perk. In the heart of Old San Juan, so if that's the area you're interested in, you'll have a fairly easy walk to pretty much everything. No kids is definitely a plus for me, and the open-air rooftop lounging area is nice too. First night I was there, there was a music act performing outside which was very loud. Thankfully, they wrapped just before 9 pm, so was still able to get a good night's sleep. Rest of my stay was relatively quiet. I turned the fan on...

“We've stayed on 2 separate occasions. Both times have been a great experience. The staff is always friendly. It's definately our go-to place to stay when we want to go to the Metro area, but don't want to stay in a busy place. We're definatly recommending this place to our friends. The location is great, many places of interest on a quick drive.”

The hotel was recently remodeled and feels very modern — neutral tones, tons of greenery, and gorgeous design touches like glass floors and a dreamy rooftop terrace overlooking San Juan. “we reserved a room online for the Dream hotel but when we got there at night we got rejected because they told us they were full however when we went online they took our money with our reservation. They showed us a scam copy claiming that they did not did not take the money however when we check their bank statements it showed that they did. “El personal extremadamente amable, los felicito por eso. Los servicios, excelentes. Todo excelente. Recomendación: El baño no estaba tan impecable, como la primera vez estuve allí. Faltaba shower gel, el servicio sanitario despedía mal olor y los artículos de aseo, deben ser tamaño viaje. Razón: Son utilizados por varias personas y es un riesgo. Lo demás, EXCELENTE.”
