We had a very pleasant stay. The property is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was convenient and our overall experience was smooth and easy. Nothing overly fancy, but everything was done well and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

They were so pleasant! Everything was so close we walked every where. Details about your stay are given with clear instructions! We plan on going back next year!

From the moment that we got there, we appreciated the well air conditioned property and room. The staff was very kind and helpful with our questions because it was our first time. If you are a non-spanish speaker visiting, the staff speaks fluent English. The location is very centrally located and ubers weren’t expensive to travel to the beach, Old SJ, and even the airport. We look forward to staying here again!

Very modern hotel. A rare find in Puerto Rico for the price that was offered. “Smart” hotel so you use a code for the front door and for your room. Very friendly staff. Very clean room and very good AC. Shower was good but there was no door so water splashed everywhere but it was fine because it dried quickly. Overall I’d give this place a solid 9/10. I would stay here again.

The Looking Glass hotel was very nice and the rooms clean and nice size bathroom. I like the amenities and so many restaurants and casinos near by. The only issue was the parking space not included and finding a parking spot near by we had to go around the block like 3 times and also when taking a shower there was no hot water, but staff was nice and friendly. But the place is worthy for the price.

The actual neighborhood it’s in is not the best but the front door is locked and you can only come into the hotel with a code so that was nice. The community and rooftop area was nice as well, The actual room was the best part!! Recommend for couples but we did have our baby with us and it was great with him there too!!

Very cute and cozy stay for 1-2 people max. Warning my room was very small but it was all I needed for sleep and a quick shower. Very clean and up to date. Would 100% stay again in the future, amazing location too for how close everything is
