“My biggest disappointment was that there was only street parking that filled up fast throughout the day, and no area for loading or unloading luggage. It is very much downtown, and it was fun to walk down to different shops and restaurants. It had great security, and the hotel was clean and very artsy indoors. However, the sheets didn't appear to be clean (we had them replaced easily), we had left over towels from previous guests in the entry closet, and an ant problem in the rooms. The...

“We were initially staying at another hotel which was a horrible experience, so we decided to move to this one. When I called the hotel I spoke English and the lady kept hanging the phone call. After the third attempt, I spoke Spanish and she took my call. Other than the front desk lady the hotel is really clean and does not get humid like the others. I highly recommend the hotel.”
