“The reception staff spoke little English. Swimming pool was not in use, which was both a surprise and a disappointment. Bar staff were a bit better, and tried hard to please. Parking was adjacent and reasonable, but there was no shade in 36+ degrees of heat. There was an Italian "Saga event with overly loud karioke each night unitl midnight. The hotel did not put those "enjoying" this on the affected side of the hotel, but many were disturbed, which was an issue as we had to be up early. Buffet...

“Pool was enjoyable, very clean, liner needs to be replaced but totally acceptable. Staff is the most amazing part, alway ready to help out. Room was new with a strong air conditioner, once the door is closed it was totally sound proof. We enjoyed it and will be back again”

“Struttura posizionata in un borgo letteralmente abbandonato lontano da un fantomatico posto auto se si riesce a trovare scale ,stradine a misura di uomo da percorrere prima di entrare nella struttura , bagno privo di accessori per l’igiene quotidiana , frigo bar vuoto e colazione non compresa dopo tutto il percorso obbligato da fare a piedi con valigie a seguito come minimo avremmo voluto un’accoglienza differente”
