“Good value, but it's true that you "get what you pay for". The room was extremely hot so we weren't able to get sleep, and the noises from the motorway were quite loud- Although that can't really be helped. The staff member we spoke to at check-in was very helpful. Beds were made and clean (although not very comfortable, but that could be a preference thing). “We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.”

“This was a last minute booking and the room wasn't ready when we arrived so we had a little wait until it was ready.
