"The hotel is very nice. I mean the only thing to do is relax by the pool and eat unless you leave the resort. 1 to 2 days max is plenty. The service is great, the food menu needs improving and I didn’t think the food was all that. To be honest it’s average at best. I had great company so I really enjoyed myself. The one man music group was wonderful on Saturday night. "

"Never again, visited for the weekend. Disappointed, if you are looking for food options, the breakfast buffet was lame. They had Colombian rice with beans , soup, and potatoes, breads, fruits, but rice and beans at a Hotel Called The Brown??? For breakfast??? Not only that but 80% of the people eating were with guest bracelets and were locals which were young men with women that had fake butts. The staff not very friendly typically and not on top of the guest as you would think in a place like they describe. Save your money and time and go to Sofitel Baru. "

"Hotel Chromatic is a colorful, clean hotel. Located in the heart of Guatape, the hotel provided us good breakfast each morning, a nice hot shower, and friendly staff. Though the room didn't have a coffee pot or refrigerator, the coffee bar downstairs made good coffee and lattes, and my wife loved the hour massage on site--a paid option from their spa."
