““I had a fantastic stay at Velto Serene. Luis, the manager, and the staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The view of the lake and nature was stunning, the room was cozy, and the jacuzzi was a treat. The chefs made great food, and the free breakfast was a nice touch.
