“Professional and friendly staff”

“Great Great Great !”

“Good experience!”

“I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....

“They had no AC, signing door was broken. They expected us to sleep with the door open on the first floor. Room was filthy and dirty bathroom had mold.”

“Excelente atención de los anfitriones. Buena limpieza y una ubicación que increíble. Definitivamente regresaremos pronto. Muchas gracias”

“Clean, spacious, confortable and very close to the Airport.”
